GIVING BACK TO SOCIETY
At Grant Thornton an essential part of our strategy is to help our community to grow. Here in the Channel Islands we are fully committed to that, supporting a chosen charity every year in each location: Guernsey & Jersey.

'Individuality is one of the things I love the most and within Grant Thornton I have always been represented as a contributor not just a number.' Owen Thomas
For 2017/18 the charities were Jersey MENCAP and the Guernsey Association for Cancer Relief. The efforts of our staff generated over £15,000 for our charities.
For 2018/19 the charities chosen were Jersey Headway and the Teenage Cancer Trust in Guernsey. We were working with both organisations to help them raise money and support them wherever we can. We actively encourage our staff to get involved with the local communities and are allowed to take 14 hours paid leave per year to support local causes.
