DIVERSITY AND INCLUSION
At Grant Thornton we have a “bring your whole self to work” mind set.
This means:
• Don’t leave anything at the door. Who you are and where you’ve come from are important to us. Bring it all with you.
• Make work work for you. We all have commitments outside of work. Be flexible and agile to meet the demands of work and life.
• Being different, creates a difference. Everyone brings something different to the table. Diversity in thought, background and experiences is good for business.

Every day we work to help people find out how they can bring their whole self to work. Our flexible and agile working practices and policies allow people to balance their work with things that are most important in their life. Whether it’s taking care of your family or taking care of yourself, everyone needs the flexibility to manage what life and work may require. We know that there’s still work we need to do to create a fully inclusive working culture, but we are ready for the challenge and continue to strive for excellence.
