Being part of a dynamic global firm driven by independent thinkers, we provide high quality business advice to a wide range of clients in countries all over the world.

Our clients are operating in uncertain times. It’s our role as an auditor to act independently to support trust and integrity in the business.

As you will get to spend time with clients at their sites, you’ll get to the heart of how they work and what challenges they face. You’ll learn how to provide the business with the best advice they need to grow and make the right decisions about the future. With a relentless focus on quality and integrity, you'll help our clients to flourish.

The Channel Islands are world renowned for being an international finance centre and a lot of our audit engagements are in that space.  Your work will not only make a difference to your clients, but will help enhance the reputation of the Channel Islands as a global leader and a centre of excellence in the financial services markets. We also deliver audit services to local, commercial enterprises, that helps them develop and grow both at home and abroad.

You’ll get hands-on experience of different aspects of audit, working on all kinds of projects ranging from the simple to complex.  This variety of work makes the audit role both stimulating and rewarding.

Who we’re looking for

We’re looking for talented people who want to be a part of something bigger. Free to be yourself, confident and approachable. You must be a great relationship builder who can inspire everyone around you with your energy and ideas.

You’ll help our clients to tackle their burning issues and future challenges. Listening hard and asking the right questions is at the heart of providing great business advice. We’ll enable and empower you to do just that, so you can show initiative and bring new ideas and perspectives to the table to help our clients and the wider economy to grow.

You should share our CLEARR values – Collaboration, Leadership, Excellence, Agility, Respect and Responsibility. Always striving to grow yourself, you should be driven to succeed with the ability to see tasks through to the end and remain agile, even when things don’t go to plan. Your ability to see the bigger picture and also drill down into the small detail will make you stand out from the crowd – a real natural when it comes to solving problems, you’ll be able to analyse the numbers and back them up with strategic advice. Being a part of a team is at the heart of how we work here – you’ll be able to balance working as part of a team and take ownership of the part you play.

How to apply

Once you have decided which area you want to work in, the first step of our application process is to complete a very quick and easy online application and upload a copy of your CV. You can also tell us about yourself in the Personal Summary section.

You will then have an initial interview with our People & Culture team. This is to find out more about you as an individual and how you demonstrate our core values.

Should you move forward to the next stage of the process, you will be invited to undertake our aptitude tests. These measure verbal and numerical comprehension and error checking. This will assist us in the decision making process as a certain level of aptitude in these areas is required for a career in accountancy.

Finally, you will be invited to meet some of the team you will be working with. This is typically a manager or director and they will be able to answer any technical questions you have about the role, tell you more about the day to day work and the structure of the department.

The People & Culture team will guide you through the process and are more than happy to answer any questions you may have at any stage of the process.
