How to apply
Once you have decided which area you want to work in, the first step of our application process is to complete a very quick and easy online application and upload a copy of your CV. You can also tell us about yourself in the Personal Summary section.
You will then have an initial interview with our People & Culture team. This is to find out more about you as an individual and how you demonstrate our core values.
Should you move forward to the next stage of the process, you will be invited to undertake our aptitude tests. These measure verbal and numerical comprehension and error checking. This will assist us in the decision making process as a certain level of aptitude in these areas is required for a career in accountancy.
Finally, you will be invited to meet some of the team you will be working with. This is typically a manager or director and they will be able to answer any technical questions you have about the role, tell you more about the day to day work and the structure of the department.
The People & Culture team will guide you through the process and are more than happy to answer any questions you may have at any stage of the process.
